This course is designed to help instructors (or soon to be instructors) learn anatomy in a functional way. Forget memorizing origin and insertion (though we'll teach you what that is and how to find and define it!) - instead learn where muscles are, how we activate them and why you should or shouldn't cue them!

Happy Mother’s Day! As a business run by two moms, this is just simply one of the MOST important days of the year. You moms out there are amazing and deserve to celebrated each and every day.
