It's a Fun, Creative & Challenging workout done in a very safe, family-style atmosphere. A nonstop, one hour, heart-pumping cardio workout that includes Resistance Bands, Rope undulation, Medicine & Bosu balls, Kettlebells, Agility cones and more.

If you have fitness goals to reach, try and find balance and not go nuts. Having one fun meal a week will help you physically & mentally, but if you go nuts all weekend, it will be harder & take longer to reach your fitness goals. Stay disciplined. You got this!

- right/left step up w/ 6 high knees - 1 min
- squat press - 25x
- balance bicep curls - 10-15x each side

It effects everything you do. Including your family, friends and job. Everyone and everything in your world feels it when you’re not feeling your best. Dedicate a few days a week to your body, mind and spirit & stop beating yourself up. Self frikkin care. And if you can’t “find” the time.. stop looking & schedule it! Let’s go!!

Don’t like the world “cheat”? That’s okay, whatever you call it but it you’re lifestyle is eating an 80/20 (80% healthy 20% fun food) which I highly suggest to reach your fitness goals, than get a workout in after the 20%!!
Try NOT to think of it as punishment, instead try to think of it as cleaning out your system.

Sautéed peppers, onions, mushroom, tomatoes, kale, grilled chicken, avocado, fresh lime & nonfat plain yogurt (it substitutes sour cream) on a toasted Ezekiel tortilla. Boom!! Delish! And super filling. Lmk if you try it!
