The 2022 CrossFit Open begins this week.
Workout announcements will be every Thursday at 12pm. We will be doing the Open workout in every class for the next three Fridays.
Morning and mid-day class schedule will remain the same. Evening classes will be cancelled for Friday Night Lights. Heat times for FNL will be release Thursday evening. Please be aware when you come to FNL you will need to arrive 20-30 minutes early to warm up on your own. What’s will begin promptly at their scheduled times.
Please ask your coaches for full details when you are in class this week so there are no questions that have gone unanswered.
