Detachment… something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately. And it’s made me wonder: How much detachment is good, and at what point does it become unhealthy? For example, being able to detach oneself emotionally from an urgent or unexpected situation can help prevent panic, thereby allowing us to focus on the task at hand. And on the flip side, being too detached may prevent us from fully seeing the situation, or even worse, prevent us from sympathizing or becoming involved in a circumstance that needs our attention. So I’m curious, what are your thoughts? How would you categorize healthy from unhealthy detachment? I look forward to hearing your thoughts. ☺️. Day 2, of my mission to find a home for these sisters. We've had 3 inquiries. These two are not panting because they're hot. They are just nervous and shy around new people.
