After 20 years of bodybuilding, I feel like I’m starting over.
I thought I had reached a place where I was happy with what I saw in the mirror.
Sure I looked good, but my body wasn’t really functional when it came to swinging a golf club.
I realized how tight my muscles actually were and the limited range of motion I had in certain joints.
Now it’s time to undo years of bodybuilding and get this body more flexible.
A different approach to my fitness from on.
From now on it’s going to be more functional instead of o e-dimensional.
Time to get FIT for golf.

SUSTAINABILITY: how sustainable is the current diet or meal plan that you are currently following/followed before??
There are so many to choose from. The real question is which meal plan or method to eating can you continue to follow over time through your weight loss journey.
Keep these things in mind when looking for the one that fits your lifestyle:
🔸If it sounds too good to be true- IT IS
🔸Quick fixes = Weight Regain
🔸Doesn’t cause you more stress
🔸Is easy to maintain for years after you hit your weight loss goal
🔸You shouldn’t have to give up foods that you enjoy completely
🔸A plan that is easy to jump back on if you temporarily fall off
