We will be clearing people all week for our upcoming TKD testing. Let’s put the finishing touches on an awesome training block!

Taekwondo testing is coming up for all of our students. We love to see all the hard work and dedication that goes into earning new belts! Next week will be clearing week for everyone and then testing dates will be as followed:

August 17th (Monday)

✅Intermediate and Advanced Kids (Green - Black Belts) 4:30pm
✅Beginner - Advanced Adults (White - Black Belts) 6:00pm

August 18th (Tuesday)

✅Beginner Kids (White - Senior Yellow Belts) 4:30pm or 5:15pm

We have had a lot of BJJ competitions over the past few months including Momentum Grappling & MMA this past Saturday.

Ben started us off with a hard fought match that went the distance. He lost via decision but had a lot of great moments to be proud of.

Fish went next and showed off the leg lock defense we had been working in preparation for his match. The match also went the distance with Fish coming out with the decision win.

Last up was our Quintet Team (5v5). We were fortunate enough to have a great performance against a very tough team and came away with the win.
