One of the things that separates us from other workout programs is the client manual! It contains all the tips, tricks, and motivational information that one needs to make a true LIFESTYLE CHANGE. For example:
βOne of the worst states of mind a client can adapt is thinking that just because they have a personal trainer, then they must be destined to get in better shape.β
Internalize the phrase, βIf itβs going to be, then itβs up to me!β You cannot walk into this class, keep your current bad habits, and expect to get much benefit from the class!β
