One of the things that separates us from other workout programs is the client manual! It contains all the tips, tricks, and motivational information that one needs to make a true LIFESTYLE CHANGE. For example:

β€œOne of the worst states of mind a client can adapt is thinking that just because they have a personal trainer, then they must be destined to get in better shape.”

Internalize the phrase, β€œIf it’s going to be, then it’s up to me!” You cannot walk into this class, keep your current bad habits, and expect to get much benefit from the class!”
