I'm so excited for tomorrow's FREE class kick-off!!💥🕺🎉 Last Monday, these lovely ladies showed up so I could do a trial run and we had a blast!! Can't wait to groove with you tomorrow!!!

What is Rhythm of Grace? A dance class is the easy answer. My favorite answer would be it's a time and place to celebrate movement!

We do not want to punish your body for what it's not, we want to celebrate your body for what it can do!

This class is not meant to make you feel bad about yourself. Please don't come expecting perfection because you just won't get it. It IS meant to make you feel good about doing what works for you.

So show yourself some grace and join me for 50 minutes of fun, sweat, music, and freedom!
