Come join us to master classic Isshin-Ryu karate blended with Aikido as an effective fighting method. Improve fitness, focus, and self-confidence.
Learn to defend against bullying. Learn non-lethal methods for subduing attackers. Students age 12 and up (10 years on a maturity level basis)
Cash pay only. Individual students $80 per month
Military/First Responders/Veterans $40 per month
Discounts for couples and groups
Private Lessons-$20 for 30 minutes

Women's Self Defense-$90 for 6 x 1 hour sessi
