Tuesday night we had a full class with our very own Coach Peyton Sojka MMA fighter. Its always fun when our own fighters from The Compound take the time to pour their knowledge into our kids!

On July 18th, CMJJ Shreveport and The Compound were fortunate enough to host Professor Johnny Hernandez for a no gi leck log seminar. It's very rare that a world class caliber grappler comes through this area. It was an amazing seminar with lots of great knowledge shared. We all had a good time sharing the mat together.
