⚽ Throwback Thursday: From Then to Now!

A little dirt, a lot of work, and a whole new playing field!

Take a look at the transformation of the soccer fields at North Port Sports. What was once part of the old THCA campus has been transformed into a space for teams to practice, compete, and enjoy the game.

And the best part? There’s still so much potential across the North Port property for future sports and recreation opportunities.

We’re proud of how far these fields have come and excited about what the future will hold! 💙

Throwback Thursday! 📸

We're digging into the THCA archives again!

One of our favorite things about this property is the history behind it. So many students, teachers, coaches, and families have stories connected to these halls.

Throwback Thursday 🏗️

Sometimes you have to strip something down before you can build something new.

This photo was taken during the transformation from the former Trinity Heights campus into what is now NorthPort Sports.

And there’s still room to dream.

Beyond the gyms and fields being used today, the NorthPort property has space with incredible potential for future development. The right ideas, partnerships and investment could open the door to even more opportunities for sports and recreation in North Shreveport.

Have vision? Have resources? Want to be part of what could come next? We’d love to talk.

THIS is youth sports in Shreveport-Bossier. 🏐

40 middle school teams. Hundreds of athletes, coaches, parents and families. Teams traveling in from across the region — including Lincoln and DeSoto Parishes — all under one roof at NorthPort Sports today.

NorthPort is quickly becoming a hub for volleyball in the Shreveport-Bossier area, and days like today show just how much this facility has to offer.

The space is here. The athletes are here. The families are here. And it’s being put to work. 👏

A huge thank you to TC Elite for bringing an incredible day of middle school volleyball to NorthPort! 🏐💙

🏈 **THROWBACK THURSDAY**

Before it was NorthPort Sports, generations of students called this campus home. ❤️

This week we’re throwing it WAY back to the Trinity Heights Eagles football days — complete with Eagle Stadium, Friday night football, and the Pep Squad in the stands!

We love looking back at the history of this campus while watching new teams, athletes, and families fill these spaces again today.

👀 See anyone you recognize? Tag them below — and tell us your favorite THCA football memory!

Have an old Trinity Heights photo tucked away somewhere? We’d love to see it! Send it to **[email protected]** and it may be featured in a future Throwback Thursday.

Throwback Thursday! 💙

Before it was North Port Sports, these buildings and gyms belonged to Trinity Heights Baptist Academy — and there are a whole lot of memories inside these walls.

Recognize anyone in this photo? 👀 Tag them below!

And we need your help! If you have photos from your days at Trinity Heights, we’d love to see them and feature some in future Throwback Thursday posts. 📸

Send them to [email protected] and tell us anything you remember about the photo — year, event, people, or story behind it.

We love getting to preserve a little of the history while new memories are being made here every week.
