Temporary hours:
Monday-Friday 5am-10pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm
Payments will be drafted on July 15th for those that have come in and reactivated their accounts.
Please let us know at the gym, if you will be needing child care, in order for the new owners to decide if a sitter will be needed.
Cleaning supplies will be available when you walk in, please clean equipment after use.
Skip every other piece of cardio equipment— there will be signs marking those to be used.
Masks are not required but will be worn by staff.
We are so excited to see everyone on Monday!

WE'RE BACK!!!Plex Fitness Will reopen Monday, June 22nd as we wait for new owners to take over in July. I will be helping with the transition from "Old to New"! We invite everyone to come back and be part of the new legacy. Thanks so much for your support over the years! More info to follow....

It has been a great run! July 1, 1984 we came to 2015 Meriwether Rd and started something special; a full 36 years of fitness, friends and family. I had hoped to pass the torch to someone much younger but this virus situation has gotten in the way. It seems that the governmental guidelines are too demanding for some of the membership. At this stage in my life I am not up to this new challenge. Plex Fitness will not be reopening after the shutdown . Thanks for all who have supported us for all of these 36 years!

I would like to take this oppertunity to wish everyone of our Plex Family Members the best of health In these uncertain times. In light of current events, we would like to notify all of our members that there will be no drafts until we reopen. Your March dues will be applied to the next 30 days after we reopen.
