Last class we focused in on a few of the Dirty Dozen people were having trouble with. Soon these will all be like second nature to ya.

Last night we finished up going through the Dirty Dozen! Good job to everyone who was able to absorb them all. For those who missed a few training sessions dont worry you will pick them up as we work them from now on.

First month of the new group has come and gone. Great work guys!

Small group on Monday. Ed and Jason and Me... Mainly we worked on Dirty Dozen drills and Abecedario and associated drills.

First training session for the new group went well! If you are interested now is the time to get involved.

Getting the official Louisiana Pekiti Tirsia Kali Group back on it's feet after a short break.

For now the training schedule will be:

Monday Evening 6:30 till 7:30

I usually run sessions for 1.5 hours but PTK has a demanding training methodology when it comes to physical exertion. PTK is a fighting system and will demand fitness. You don't have to be an athlete when you start, the training is not easy but it is very rewarding, so an hour is going to be plenty of time.
