Another May National Tennis Month event was held on Saturday morning at Cockrell! Our Cardio on the Court with Coach Ken was a fun way to move, sweat, laugh, and enjoy the game of tennis! Wellness literature and healthy snacks were available. Everyone brought their energy and their laughter as they moved and grooved to the music! A great time on the court was had by all!
