You'll be surprised how much you can change in just a few hours. Teaching Boxing form, strategy, and simple little tricks that work. Timing Beats Speed; Precision beat Power, and knowledge and fundamentals turns it into a working machine. Simple tricks of trade that make the difference in you and everyone else. Teaching takedown defence and the Jiu Jtsu clinic can be sperate or part of the same clinic. Like the location and time: it will depend on number of people and what those people want to learn. Stand up, grappling, full all around. In MMA their taught together. Strikes for a takedown and strikes after a takedown. Fight theory, strategy, and just what works. Keep it simple. The person who has the knowledge owns the day; control what happens. Be kind to everyone, never start fights, but if someone backs you into a corner or you and yours are in danger, own the situation. Teaching sniping; strike and evade. Quick strike and evac with your family and or yourself to safety. Its simple, effective, and worth a ton, especially if you ever get in a bad situation. You reach for your training....when adrenaline is flowing be in control of the situation! If someone has a weapon, I'll have it if they ever get close with it...and it's easy. Lessons in confrontation simple do's and donts. If you ever need it to stop an attack on your loved ones, not you'll value it more than anything. Learn to control your body, your mind, and their mind. Own the moment! (Never look for it; "If you look for blood you'll find it. I also teach tactical and logistic to defend home invasions: what the kids do(and go) knowing your own home is an advantage. I can teach you to use it as an advantage. There have been lots of home invasion and acts of terror recently. Learn to own that situation too! With ease(like water). I also teach. Not just the body but the soirit.
