🚨 ONE TO WATCH: LEO BANKS 🚨

The 2029 class in Louisiana has another young guard making noise. 👀🏀

Leo Banks | PG/SG | Southern Lab | 2029

Banks put together a strong freshman campaign for Liberty, averaging:

📊 13.5 PPG
🎯 39% from 3PT
🧤 1.8 SPG
🏀 2.1 RPG
🎯 1.2 APG

He finished the season with 176 total points, 24 steals and 16 assists, while leading Liberty in scoring. MaxPreps also lists Banks among the top statistical performers in Louisiana, including No. 1 in 5A scoring on a points-per-32-minute basis and No. 2 statewide in that category. (MaxPreps.com)

And the recognition is starting to follow.

Banks was included in Prep Hoops’ March 2026 Louisiana 2029 rankings update, listed as a CG/PG from Southern Lab. (Prep Hoops)

At just a freshman level, Banks has already shown the ability to put the ball in the basket and impact the game defensively.

Keep an eye on Leo Banks. 👀

🎯 Lights out from deep.

Airline sophomore Sawyer Schuler is continuing to develop into one of the Vikings’ top perimeter threats. After showing flashes last season, he’s putting in the work this offseason to become an even bigger weapon from beyond the arc.

Take a look at some of his summer clips as he prepares for another year in the blue and white.

The confidence is growing. The shot is falling. The work never stops.
