Aikido offers multiple health benefits and can be tailored to address your needs.

Class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 630pm to 8pm and Sundays from 1pm to 3pm.

Our first class is going to be January 18th around 1 pm. We will be moving the mats over that day as well so I apologize if we are a few minutes late!
