New trainer alert 🚨

Brett brings great energy, a love for helping people, and just enough fitness nerd to make him dangerous. 😂

He’s been into sports and fitness since he was a kid, loves staying active, and his girlfriend calls him the “protein police”, so yes, he’ll fit right in.

Most people think they need to work out more.
They need to stop losing muscle.

A new 30-year study followed 147,374 adults and found that just 90-120 minutes of strength training per week was linked to a lower risk of early death.

That’s roughly two workouts per week. ✌️

Not extreme.
Not complicated.
Not cardio.

Just strength training.

Because muscle isn’t just about how you look.
It’s about how long you stay strong.
