If you’ve been following our page, you already know excellence runs deep in this family. From her mom, Jen, conquering 999 calories on the assault bike to her sisters, Emily and Mae, serving our country in the armed forces. This entire family is built on grit, discipline, and remarkable strength.💪

Some people make the gym a better place just by walking through the door and Rich is one of them

Rich is the definition of what it means to be a Team Moljo member. He shows up consistently, attacks every workout with purpose. But what really stands out is the energy he brings. Whether he’s cracking jokes between sets, encouraging the person next to him, or making everyone around him smile, Rich helps make our gym feel like home

He’s the kind of training partner everyone wants—supportive, hardworking, and always lifting others up while pushing himself to be better
