Last November I decided I fully wanted to take a step back. Focus on other areas of my life and disconnect. If you’re in business then you know there is never an off switch. It’s always go go go!

Disconnecting allowed me to think as an outsider looking into my business and to choose how I want to move forward, eliminate and optimize for the best.
Lots of thinking, processing, planning and now time to focus.

These past 6 months have treated me well. Enjoyed the soft living, traveling and connecting with like minded people. Relationships grew and others sailed.

It's been wonderful but I'm happy to be back.

1. 𝘼 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 and is outcome based. Your offer needs to be compelling enough to convert cold traffic and is scalable. Your offer should solve a specific problem, for a specific person in a specific way.

2. 𝘼 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙬/𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙜𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙢 & 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮 that overcomes your ICA objections, tells stories, & moves prospects through the phases of awareness to get them to make buying decisions with you.

There is so much information out there when it comes to courses, programs, digital products etc and because I have done and tried all of it. From trial and error and experience this is the way that makes the most sense and that I have had the most success with. 
​
I wanted to shed light on my process because I know there is confusion on whether you should  start a course first, have a program, sell digital products? Long story short you can do them all, that will be your business and the product suite you will build, BUT the way I teach is based on one offer & later expanding to multiple if you’d like. 
​
What I have found and what I teach is to start with a signature program that is high in value and in price. Like this you are delivering a service that yields an outcome & that you can have flexibility with since you will work in a 1:1 setting with your clients. This allows you to see what questions your clients are asking, what they need and will allow you to adjust client success roadmap for future clients.
​
From that you get to make more money up front, validate your offer and adjust along the way to then after working with clients and having a solid roadmap to follow, create a course based on the same process you teach in your program. The delivery is just different. 
​
I prefer and recommend doing a program first then course because it will save you time and money. From experience without getting feedback and doing market research I spent a lot of time creating a course first that no one ended up wanting. Which is why in my opinion creating a course based off a process that's been proven to work just makes sense.

I needed help and resources which all required money. Sure there are a lot of free resources out there but there are two expenses we get to choose which are time and money. A shortcut to your answers, obtaining clarity and having the opportunity to get closer to your goal is through using your money as a tool to invest to get help.

1️⃣𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵. You must understand who you will be creating your offer for (this will be your ideal client), your niche & what they want. In order to have an offer that sells, it's important to develop a deeper understanding. With deeper and a more profound understanding of where they’re at currently and where they want to be you will be able to create an outcome based offer that is so good & that is based on what they actually want & need.

1️⃣Figure out what your specialty is in. This is usually any skillsets, past job experiences you have, a unique advantage over others, or even any experiences you may have gone through that you can help others with.

An example: you worked in sales all your life. You've accomplished some insane goals at your workplace and have acquired a great skillset when it comes to selling an offer & now you are  wanting more freedom, to make more $ and more fulfillment than what your current job is providing you. Therefore you take your sales experience and skillsets and use that as the speciality in what you will be helping others get better at.
​
2️⃣Find your niche/Ideal client- Figure out who your tribe is. Who do you want to serve? Who is your ideal client & even better the community you want to really build. 

3️⃣Create Your Offer- Your offer is going to be what you will be selling. Your offer is the trade you are exchanging with your audience. In exchange for the outcome your offer will provide them, you’ll receive money for it.

If that is you, I am here to tell you that you DON’T need to get a coaching certification for you to start coaching others & here is why:
​
To coach others on a transformation you have achieved yourself does not require you to become certified as a coach specifically. 
​
If you already attained the result you are going to provide to others and have a framework on how you will help others achieve that result you don't need a certification. Now being certified in skillsets are different - but experience and obtaining true results matter more.
​
At the end of the day people do not care about the certifications you have, they care about the transformation they will get when working with you. 
​
If you have skillsets, an expertise and knowledge that has true market value. Your people are silently dying to be led and helped, and you are only doing a disservice to yourself and them by delaying the process of you getting started. 
​
It is important to understand that you are your biggest testimony & do not need a coaching certification to tell you otherwise.
​
Stop delaying the process of getting started and just begin. You never know who in your audience right now is waiting to be helped & led by you…
