& just like that. Not even 6 months postpartum & Iโ€™m back ๐Ÿ˜„ (still nursing too ๐Ÿ™)โฃ

โ€œBe realisticโ€ was what I was repeatedly told when I talked about Postpartum. Which would just bum me out bc I thought that meant no chance my body would ever be the same.โฃ

But Iโ€™m back. Back to pre-baby weight & back to level of strength.โฃ

& in all honesty, it was much easier than I thought.โฃ

Zero cardio.โฃ

My strength is coming back quick! ๐Ÿ’ช I've been crushing my training & feeling significantly stronger each week.โฃ

However... still hovering about 5lbs above where Iโ€™d like to be.โฃ

Mainly because of this one issue ๐Ÿ‘‰ I hate tracking macros, so Iโ€™ve gotten lazy with it.โฃ

Although dialing in & tracking macros would help me get there MUCH fasterโ€ฆโฃ

I did it for years & that helped me get to a place where I can eat pretty intuitively & still make progress.โฃ

Things that were once the MOST important to me are now not so important.โฃ

2 years ago, I'd catch a glimpse of any extra fat & obsess over fixing it ASAP & at all cost.โฃ

Now, I look at my body knowing there's still work to be doneโ€ฆโฃ

AND I know with the knowledge I've acquired from investing in myself & learning how to make this a lifestyle...โฃ

I realized I have a way better chance by becoming who I need to be to create it & sustain it.โฃ

Magically winning millions of dollars wonโ€™t fix all their problemsโ€ฆโฃ

I can opt for the occasional quick fix or 30-day challenge & get results temporarilyโ€ฆโฃ
