One One of our biggest goals at Silver Barbell is to take care of our community.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes finances get tight. If you’re struggling to make your membership payment, come talk to me we’ll do our best to work with you.

And if you’re going through a tough time mentally and just need a place to clear your head, come see me. I’ll gladly give you a free day to train. Sometimes having a place to move, reset, and be around good people can make a difference.

Our commercial grade sauna is also available to our members. If you sign up with Silver Barbell, it’s there for you to use for recovery, relaxation, and to unwind after a hard workout.

We’re a small community, and I want Silver Barbell to be a place where people feel supported—not just a gym. Our goal has always been to help people however we can and give our members a place they can feel comfortable, supported, and welcome.

Sometimes we get caught up in what’s going wrong in our own lives, but moments like this remind us how fragile life really is.

One of our young members—someone who brought nothing but positivity, a smile, and good energy every time she walked into Silver Barbell—is currently in critical condition after a tragic incident.

If you know her, you know how strong she is. And if there’s anyone who can fight through something like this, it’s her.

Tonight, we light up Silver Barbell in green on this dark night for strength, for hope, and for one of our own.

We stand with you. We’re praying for you. And we’re behind you every step of the way.

Hold your people close. Stay grateful. Lift each other up.
