Cardio Barre is more than just a workout. It’s a community of powerful ladies! 💖

Every Wednesday at 5:30PM Lotus Center fills with a beautiful variety of women from different walks of life. It’s an hour of empowerment, strengthening, laughter and sweaty-good times.

While it is favored amongst the girlies, the fellas are welcome too! The occasional dad, uncle, brother and grandpa have been in the room.
Don’t let the pink fool you. As Ed once said, “it ain’t for sissies!” 😆🪷

Corrin is subbing Hatha Yoga again tonight! 5:30PM • $10

Corrin trained at Yoga Oasis, AZ with Darren Rhodes whose signature style, yogaHour, is rooted in thoughtful sequencing, steady pacing, and a respect for breath as the anchor of practice.

You will experience many postures throughout the class, giving the mind less opportunity to wander and more opportunity to simply be present.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga with Natalie is every Monday at 5:30PM! 🪷

Barre Squad, If you want to get a strengthening stretch in with me I will subbing the Hatha Yoga class tonight at 5:30PM 🧘🏽‍♀️💕✨

Intermediate Hatha Yoga has a substitute teacher taking care of class for the next 2 weeks 🪷

Corrin’s become known as the Barre teacher, but her Hatha sequences are fun, grounding and strengthening too.

You can expect a class that is movement rich, with breath and alignment guiding a rhythmic flow through a range of poses. It’s a practice meant to keep you present, engaged, and fully in your body.

I love the amount of besties that walk in and move together, and the amount of new friends that are being made at the barre.
