With a background in competitive track and a passion for how the body moves, Andre brings years of training and coaching experience to Rock Creek.

After being diagnosed with osteoporosis at 49, Rachel joined Rock Creek and started strength training with trainer Amy. Over the next year, she focused on lifting heavy—and saw a 6% increase in bone density.

And this is just the beginning. The goal now? Keep going and see what another year can bring.
