Here's some helpful information for meeting your weekly cardiovascular minimums. Heart rate monitors are a great way of measuring your exertion but you can determine your intensity level without tech using perceived effort.

Hi everyone, just a heads up I'll be speaking at the Wellness Fair and Fall Prevention Clinic at the Bremerton Family YMCA on October 22nd from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

There will be several topics covered and I'm going to be talking about biomechanics, identifying proper range of motion, and building stability through strength training.

The fair is a drop-in event open to all members and non-members. I hope to see you there!

I've been wanting to be able to do this for a long time. Definitely a strength goal of mine to be able to bench press 100lb dumbbells, and I finally feel comfortable moving the weights. Even if your goal is a long way away, never stop working to get there. If you want it to happen, you can make it happen.
