Bring a Friend Week has been so much fun! We’ve loved meeting so many of our students’ friends, welcoming new faces onto the mats, and sharing some great rounds together.

One of the best parts of Jiu-Jitsu is the friendships that come from it. You train together, challenge each other, laugh together, and support each other through the ups and downs. Friendships don’t just form on the mats—they deepen and strengthen there.

Thank you to everyone who brought a friend and helped make this week such a great one. We’re always happy to welcome new people into our community!
