Decided to put business on hold to continue coaching youth Hockey and individual clients. We still offer sharpening for Ice Skates in Kitsap County.

Before practice, athletes should focus on easily digestible, carbohydrate-rich foods to provide the energy needed for performance. Ideal options include (but aren't limited to) fresh or dried fruit, a bagel, banana, fig bar, applesauce, Cheerios, toast, or crackers. These foods are light on the stomach and provide quick energy to power through training. Timing is key—eat about 30-60 minutes before practice to ensure your body has enough time to digest and absorb the fuel you need to perform at your best.
