Our mission is to provide recreational gymnastics program from which Silverton and the surrounding area youth can practice fitness-for-life strategies in a safe, healthy, and positive environment year round. We offer Girls and Boys gymnastics from 18mos up to 18. Levels 1-7, with both competitive and non-competitive, achievement oriented atmosphere focusing on fun and skill progression. If your child is looking for an after school activity that fits Oregon's weather limitations, then gymnastics is the sport for you!

🤸‍♀️ SGA’S FIRST EVER FLY AWAY CLINIC! 🤸‍♀️

Ready to take your flyaways to the next level?! Join Coach Dalilah and Coach Ella for a clinic packed with drills, hands-on spotting, and flyaway progressions tailored to each gymnast’s level!

We’ll be working on a variety of skills, including:�✨ Low bar & high bar flyaways�✨ Cast away flyaways�✨ Clear hip flyaways�✨ Low bar, high bar & cast away FRONT flyaways for gymnasts ready to take on the next challenge!

📅 November 14th�⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM�💲 $65 per athlete�⚠️ MUST be a Level 5 gymnast & up OR competing Gold & up to participate!

Whether you’re brand new to flyaways or you’re ready to work on more advanced flyaways, this clinic is for YOU! 💪❤️🖤

From November 2–13, we’ll be collecting food donations for Silverton Area Community Aid (SACA) to help support local families in need!

📍 We’ll have a donation table set up in the lobby, so bring your food donations when you come to practice!

🎁 Plus, every food donation earns you an entry into our mystery prize drawing! 👀✨

DRESS-UP WEEK IS COMING!

From October 26th–30th, our gym is getting a little extra CRAZY! 🤪✨ Gymnasts can wear their costumes to the gym ALL WEEK LONG whenever they come to class!

And the best part… their coaches will be dressing up too! We can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes and fill the gym with some Halloween fun!

👀🎉 PSSST… WE HAVE A SURPRISE!! 🎉

We decided to add one more fun thing to October, and you won’t want to miss it! 🤩We’re having a DRESS-UP OPEN GYM! Come dressed in your favorite costume or fun outfit and get ready for a night of flipping, fun, and a little friendly competition!

⭐️There will also be a costume contest, so wear your best, most creative, or most fun costume for a chance to win a prize! 🏆

📅 October 30th�⏰ 7:30–9:00 PM�💲 $30 for active members | $35 for inactive members

Looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday morning?! Join us for Flip into Fall Half Day Camp! 🍁

Kids will get to enjoy a morning packed with games, crafts, snack time, tumbling, free time/open gym, and so much more! 🤸‍♀️🎨🍎

There will be plenty of time to play, flip, create, and have fun with friends!

NATIONAL COACHES APPRECIATION WEEK! ❤️🖤

HELP US CELEBRATE!!!
National Coaches Day is Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, but at SGA, we’re celebrating our amazing coaches ALL WEEK LONG!!! 🤸‍♀️

To help us celebrate, we have a Coaches Appreciation table set up in the front lobby where gymnasts and families can leave a special note for their coaches! 📝💌 A few kind words can mean SO much to a coach and are such a sweet way to let them know that all of their time, effort, and love does not go unnoticed.

And if you’d like to bring a treat, card, or small gift for your coach, feel free to leave it with Kristin at the front desk and she’ll make sure it gets to them! 🎁

We are SO thankful for every coach who pours their heart into SGA and our gymnasts. We’re so lucky to have you as part of our SGA family!!! 🥹❤️🖤
