Body•Brain•Train Body Brain Train is a 501c3 non-profit bringing wellness to the Senior and Parkinson’s Community.

Co-Founders Nikki Lian and Gabby Sifuentes are certified personal trainers and kickboxing instructors, who were inspired to create this company while working with their older clients, some with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia. Nikki and Gabby intend to reach as many senior facilities and gyms as they can that want to incorporate Body Brain Train into their senior living and/or fitness facility.
