To welcome back bowlers to the scratch classic that did not bowl the 2019-2020 season, the league will take your 2018-2019 Harley's Scratch Classic Book average in 1st position, over and above a 2019-2020 book average from another league. If you bowled the 2019-2020 HSC that average supersedes all others.

Here is the order of precedence:

1. 2019-2020 HSC Book Average
2. 2018-2019 HSC Book Average
3. 2019-2020 Highest USBC Book Average
4. 2018-2019 Highest USBC Book Average
