I am doing a thing.....
Going to Buffalo, NY (my hometown, to join my Niece (a Survivor), her Dad (my brother), and family for a bicycle ride along the Niagara River, to raise funds for Cancer Research. Kind of like the Kind of like the Komen Foundation, but I don't run😎

The Ride for Roswell is Saturday, June 27th.
This is actually a pretty big deal for me, because after having both knees replaced, and a back surgery (along with 5 others since closing the All-American), this is the first year that I have been physically healthy enough to do the ride.

Everyone Knows Someone that Has Been Affected By Cancer.

Turf is down, I still have to fit and get bubbles out.
I can think of a dozen or so folks that have experience with this.....

Took 3 weeks to get the flooring mats, put them down Monday and Tuesday.
Brought stuff over from storage Thursday and Friday.
Rack went up this morning.

Well, I stirred the pot a little bit 😊
I am thrilled to be in Simpsonville, South Carolina, so you need to plan a road trip to get a workout in.
After getting settled, we put up a large outbuilding in the backyard.
Over the next few weeks I will put in some flooring and racks.
The plan is to do some personal training and small groups.
Nothing as large as Kenton Lands, but I will be in my happy place 🏆
I have also been working at a local high school as time permits.
For my Kentucky friends, stay in touch and stop by on your way to the beach 🏖️
