Sioux City North High Volleyball

Summer weight lifting starts June 2nd and goes through July 16th.

High school boys will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7-8:30am.

High school girls will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30-10am.

Athletes going into 5th-8th grade are welcome to come lift Tuesday and Thursdays from 10-11am.

Great introduction for our younger athletes!!

Starting June 2nd we will have athletes entering 4th-8th grade workouts. They will start 10:00AM at the North High track. Wear exercise clothes and bring a water bottle.
