At Fit Body Boot Camp, our fitness classes are not β€œclasses” in the traditional sense, but results-driven, sessions focused on weight loss and body toning. Our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism

Wow, what a blastπŸ’₯ Coach Vicky and Coach Karli had the opportunity to warm up the runners for Girls on the Run South Dakota β˜€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ This morning there were roughly 600 girls from around the state that are 3rd-5th graders. The end of season 5k is a celebratory event that helps the girls get a tangible sense of healthy goal setting. Girls on the Run builds confidence in young girls to pursue their dreams and become future leaders in our community. How awesome is that!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Way to go girls - it was such an honor to be a part of this eventπŸ’œπŸ©·

"Before Fit Body, I never really had a consistent gym/workout routine. πŸ’ͺ Growing up on a farm and doing ranch work for several years after college kept me fit and in shape without needing to go to a gym. 🚜 But after getting into manufacturing and warehouse jobs the last several years, even though they were still physically demanding jobs, they weren’t enough to keep my weight from going up. ⬆️ I would try various video fitness programs and do great for a couple of months, but then would fall off or I would try going to a gym but not really know what workouts to do or feel like I needed to spend hours to get a full body workout and again I would just fall off and quit going. πŸ“‰πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

I started Fit Body for the first time a few years ago to try and get in shape after joining the Snow Leopards women's football team. ⚽ I loved that the workouts were only 30 mins and they kicked my butt. πŸ‘πŸ’₯ However, I found it difficult to stay consistent and make it to session times that fit with my demanding work schedule so ultimately I disappointingly canceled my membership. πŸ˜”πŸ“…

Fast forward to now, my work schedule changed enough over a year ago that I was able to join Fit Body for the 2nd time around and I love it! πŸ’ͺ I love that the workouts are quick and intense, and they are almost like an addiction in a good way lol. πŸ˜„ So It’s disappointing when I don’t always get to make it to as many sessions a week as I’d like to. πŸ“… But hey, progress is progress, right? 🌟

I just started my 4th season in women’s tackle football and I’m the fittest and fastest I’ve been since I started playing four years ago! 🏈πŸ’ͺ Since I started Fit Body for the second time I’ve lost around 30lbs, my body fat percentage has been consistently decreasing, my muscles increasing, and my 40yd dash time for football tryouts improved by almost a full second! β±οΈπŸ’¨ It has also motivated me to do a little running (and I’ve always hated running lol) and ran a 5k last fall. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜…" - Amanda

Before joining Fit Body in October of 2017 life was different… it was over 2 years after having my last daughter and I was still around the weight I was when I had her. πŸ•’πŸ’ͺ In 2016 I had seen a picture from my grandfather’s funeral and didn’t recognize myself. πŸ“ΈπŸ˜³

I was able to lose a little on my own before I needed help and joined the gym. πŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ My husband had been doing Fit Body for a while and in the nicest way he could was trying to get me to join but I was content being chubby because I loved food. πŸ₯ͺπŸ” I would continue to eat the foods that I had issues with due to allergies and deal with the stomach issues I had with them later. 🀒🚫

I was down 40 lbs within a year and then life happened… a torn Achilles took me out for a good 6 months. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜” I had surgery in 2022 and after that, with still going to the gym 4 times a week I was just not able to lose any weight and started creeping back up to my highest weight in a long time. πŸ’”

In August 2023 I had finally had enough. πŸ’ͺ I went to see a specialist to have tests run to see if something was going on. πŸ©ΊπŸ’‘ After everything came back I was told if I didn’t listen to my food allergies I was going to get stomach cancer. 😱 I had to cut gluten, dairy, and sugar. 🚫🍰 Tie that in with my bigger allergy to almonds which left me with a small list of foods to eat. 🍽️

Vicky came up with food plans for me to still get the intake of what I needed with all of my restrictions that I had. πŸ₯—πŸ“‹ Within 5 months I had lost over 30 lbs and have never felt better. πŸ’ͺ😊
