Summer Youth Performance starts next week and we’re taking sign-ups until this Saturday, June 1st!

We are looking for athletes and non-athletes in need of a program that focuses on quality movement, a safe environment, and a progressive program that develops both strength and conditioning built on a foundation of confidence and improving skills.

This program is open to ages 12 and up. We have a variety of class times available to work with busy schedules including 6am, 8:30am, 12pm, and 5:30pm. Shoot us a message and we’ll send you the link to get signed up!


Origin Strength’s 1st Annual Memorial Day MURPH is only one day away! We will complete the Hero WOD as a gym community Friday, May 24th. 🇺🇸

See details below for those who will be joining us to Honor + Remember. And it is still not too late to sign-up! **See links in Bio to sign-up and select a heat time.

1. Heat times will run every 30 minutes starting at 3:30pm. We will stay and cheer you on until everyone has completed!

2. If you signed up before our initial deadline to receive a free t-shirt, you will be able to pick-up before your heat starts & rock the new swag by

3. We welcome you stay for a burger and beverages to enjoy some community time. And also cheer on those who are still doing the grind.

4. We are excited to be raising money for who host military veterans on outdoor adventures including hunting and fishing trips. These guys rock. And they are doing awesome things for our veteran community, so we are pumped to put on this event for them.

5. Again, ALL skill and fitness levels are welcome to join! All movements can be scaled down to your personal capabilities and coaches will be available all evening to help get you through. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or haven’t done a pushup in years, come out on May 24th for food, drink and in support of our military veterans.

We are excited to fire up our Youth Performance Program up again for the summer!

We will be offering Onboarding Sessions to allow our coaches & athletes familiarize themselves with each other & the movements we most often see inside the gym. In addition, we will have a Nutrition Seminar for both parents & athletes to get a good grasp on how we need to feed & fuel our athletes to get the most out of their workouts and prioritize recovery!

At Origin Strength, we prioritize quality movement, a safe environment, and a progressive program that develops both strength & conditioning while allowing athletes to build confidence & skill in the gym setting.

Friday, May 24th will be our first official Murph since we opened our doors last summer. There will be various heats starting in the afternoon and going throughout the evening to start your Memorial Day weekend the best way!

We often hear, “once I get in shape or strong enough, I’ll come to the gym”. But that’s missing the point and why Origin Strength exists. We wanted a gym and community where everyone, no matter their fitness level, experience, or background can walk in, feel welcome and supported, and begin the process of getting stronger. And so we opened Origin Strength.

Strength is a physicality, a state of being, a resiliency, and a perspective all wrapped up in one. We utilize movement, tension, and putting stress on our bodies so that our bodies don’t let us down when we need them the most. Interestingly, in doing so, we are also improving our mental state as well. In fact, research shows that exercise beats depression and anxiety medication every time. A STRONG body allows for a STRONG mind.

As is most things in life, strength is a journey as well. We will never be perfect and there is no finish line. We are either getting stronger today, or we are getting weaker. There is no sitting still.

Let us help you start that journey. We are here for you, whatever starting line you are at!

Natascha has been a blessing to our community of coaches and members. She specializes in Kettlebells, but has knowledge is so many other areas and strives to make everyone better!

At Origin Strength, we are a community of people who acknowledge the vast benefits of movement, building strength, and doing hard things together. It truly makes it more enjoyable when your workout experience is surrounded by like-minded humans who are trying to become better, stronger, and more resilient too.

We have all walks of life at the gym: mommas to be, past collegiate athletes, all the way to those who have never picked up a barbell before. Some are wrestling kiddos by their side. Some have high arching goals. Some just want to move their body. Some are smashing PR’s.

Our February member of the month is Kyle Blakeslee!

Kyle is preparing to run the Boston Marathon in April and started nutrition coaching with Rory back in October. Kyle joined the gym at the beginning of January.

Kyle shared: “I’ve been running my entire life, but I’ve never thought about nutrition and how it affects everyday aspects of my life, running and lifting in particular but also recovery, energy, and stress. Training for a marathon is grueling and demanding on the body. Through nutrition coaching with Rory, I’m able to figure out how much I should be eating on a daily basis to be the most successful runner and athlete I can be.”

She also shared that utilizing Origin Nutrition has been a game changer for her. She runs around 50 miles a week and attends 3-4 Origin Strength classes a week. She can tell, even when she’s tired, that her body has the strength and fuel to keep going because she has learned to properly fuel her body.

Coach Rory has enjoyed helping Kyle prepare for her marathon. He said, “Kyle is the ideal gym member and nutrition client. She strives for consistent progress and is open-minded with changes suggested by coaches. It’s been a blast as she chases a PR at the Boston Marathon in April!”

Since October, Kyle has increased her muscle by over 3 pounds, lost nearly 9 pounds of fat, and had incredible strength gains within the gym. Keep up the good work, Kyle!

Chad is always prepared to bring energy & passion to the class. He is very attentive to athletes who need to scale or modify movements - always making sure they are working hard & striving for continued progress.

Everybody always says “time flies when you are having fun”, but it sure seems like 2024 is flying by!

We are almost complete with week 5 of our New Year, New Standard 8 Week Consistency Challenge and you better believe we are having fun. Check out all those colorful stickers!

It’s easy to be motivated for a few weeks, but let’s see who is disciplined enough to keep things rolling for the remainder of the challenge and maintain CONSISTENCY even beyond!

Doing hard work with your body changes you, in more ways than one. Our hope is that when you leave the Origin Strength gym doors, the hard work you’ve done trickles into other areas of your life. Strength training is an infinite experience and a skill that you are continuously refining and developing - much like ourselves.

One of the great lessons of doing something physically challenging is that there is a PROCESS here. Finding consistency and gradually increasing the load is what builds the layers upon layers of confidence, strength, and resiliency that can keep showing up over and over again.

We get asked this question a lot…

Does Origin Strength have childcare?

The answer is unfortunately, NO.

We do though…
•Have a welcoming environment if parents feel comfortable bringing their littles and know it is their responsibility to watch them.
•Have coaches willing and happy to support you by pushing a stroller or keeping an eye out to ensure safety.
•Have a community of members that won’t judge and encourage you to keep movement a priority even when seasons of life make it more difficulty to do so.

Bottomline, our coaches are not babysitters, but we will support you however we can and love seeing littles watch their parent/caregiver do something hard. Better yet, they usually follow along!

Baby George loves coming to Coach Kelly’s classes and his momma sure does too!

Kettlebell training is incredibly versatile for all skill levels and allows one to improve overall strength, mobility, speed, explosiveness, and conditioning.

This class will offer unilateral and asymmetrical strength skills along with conditioning, core work, and explosive movements for all skill levels.

NaTascha brings many years of experience to Origin Strength and we are excited to offer this class on a consistent basis!
