The countdown is on to some fun group fitness!! Let me know if you are thinking of coming Saturday morning!

Ok TEAM! Here is what the schedule is going to look like for now- there will always be room for changes as needed:
Monday and Wednesday MORNING @ 6-645
Tuesday and Thursday EVENING @ 530-615. I am able to add another at 630 if there is interest.
SATURDAY MORNING 9am. Also willing to add one at 8 if there is enough interest.

I am also available for 1-1 sessions if there an interest for that.
Saturday classes will start the 21st and weekday classes will start the 23rd. Tell your friends!

Planning for 2 classes/bootcamps on Saturday , September 14!! 8am and 9am. Classes will run for 45 minutes. $10 cash or Venmo. Message me for the address! It will be a great time and something for everyone!!

Brave Wings did a thing this morning. - little birthday Bootcamp for the one and only Amanda !! Raised some $$ for the SF Humane Society!

This is still happening this morning at 10 and there is still time to let me know you are coming. The weather might be a little ??? But we are gonna work thru it!!!

Come and join me!!! I’ll be coaching- in and out in an hour! Let’s raise some money for the Humane Society and celebrate Amanda!!
