What are you going to do with your nutrition this summer??
Summer nutrition matters. You don’t have to eat perfectly, but you do need to eat consistently. Your performance, recovery, energy, strength gains, and body composition all depend on how you fuel your body!
This summer, ETS Athletes focus on 4 things:
1️⃣ Protein at every meal
2️⃣ Hydrate all day
3️⃣ Don’t skip breakfast or post-workout meals
4️⃣ Choose real/whole foods most of the time

Last night until almost 1AM, we had the chance to support all of our studs!
Even though you guys were competing against each other, and with it being playoff baseball, win or go home, getting to watch all of you compete was the highlight of our week!
Super proud of every one of you boys and the work you continue to put in!

As a coach our duties are to spread awareness and have a positive impact to our athletes!
Prior to this we need to spread awareness and impact to our personal development for continued growth to give our athletes the experience they deserve!

✅ Staff lifts, practice what you preach to your athletes!
✅ Well-Better-How Sheets, daily reflections and affirmations!
✅ Give our athletes a voice and have them give feedback!
✅ Have specific questions of the week to ask our athletes to continue to spread impact and awareness!
✅ Focus on relationship building to build our athletes trust!
