This week’s “Feature Friday” goes out to our speed plus crew!
We are so proud of our Speed + Class athletes (ages 8–11) for the hard work they bring every single week!
With 15–25 athletes in each class, these kids continue to show up ready to learn, push themselves, and get better every day!
Their dedication, focus, and positive attitude are what make this group so special! We will keep trusting the process and the results will follow!

Today marks an exciting milestone for us, we officially moved into our new facility at 2101 W. 41st Street, Suite 49, in the Western Mall here in Sioux Falls!
This move wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible teamwork and dedication of our ETS crew. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came together to help make this transition happen! Your hard work, support, and commitment mean the world to us.
While we’re excited to be in our new space, we’re still very much a work in progress. We wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at the moving process and give you a glimpse of the transformation as it unfolds.
There’s still plenty to do, but we’re looking forward to creating something amazing here! Training sessions resume June 8th on Monday!
