If you follow us, you know that we do not promote without testing. Last night Seth & Zach completed their knowledge portion, demonstrating their knowledge of sweeps, escapes and submissions from various positions. And tonight they each had a grueling 24-minute shark tank. We can’t wait to share some highlights from their test.

Ladies, the mats are for you.

It can be intimidating starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai. Undoubtably, there are more males than females attending these kinds of classes, but we’re here to tell all the ladies that if you want to learn, you should. You may be surprised to find a few other ladies in class with you, and you may even form great friendships beyond the mats. The knowledge is here for everyone willing to take the big step.

Psst. The guys are great training partners too.

Everyone did a great job today and we’re so proud to have our competitors represent us today at the . It was the first tournament for all our youth competitors and 2 of our adult competitors, and they all did a tremendous job stepping on those mats and competing today.
