Schools out, summers here, and classes are filling up fast! Please make sure you’re signing up for class BEFORE you come to the studio. Book through MindBody or our Ignite Fitness app. Booking opens Sundays at noon for the following week.

Please note our cancellation policy: must cancel class one hour before class start time (5am classes must be canceled by 10pm night before) to avoid a $10 late cancelation fee.

⭐️ New Class - Infrared Mobility Flow - This class blends deep mobility training with a controlled flow to increase flexibility, build strength, and restore your body from the inside out. Designed to enhance preformance while accelerating recovery.  - Taught by our very talented .glatt.
Offered every other Tuesday at 8:30am starting May 12th!

As we head into summer we wanted to make the change of starting the second evening class earlier. So our now 6pm class Monday -Thursday will start at 5:45pm STARTING MAY 4th.
