It’s been an incredible journey so far. Four years ago, we opened our doors with a vision to transform lives, to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential.

We have and still do strive on creating great relationships with everyone that comes through the door at TF.

We are so thankful to all our clients that have worked with us. From the early morning workouts to the late-night sessions, your dedication and passion have been the heartbeat of our gym. We’ve shared countless milestones, from personal bests to fitness goals achieved, and every moment has been a testament to the power of hard work and commitment.

A Huge Thank You to our fantastic coaches, staff, and most importantly, our members. Your support, energy, and enthusiasm have shaped TF into what it is today.

Looking Forward: As we step into another year, we are excited to bring you even more innovative training sessions, programs, and inspiring events. Together, we’ll continue to push boundaries, break barriers, and reach goals!

Amy is building her body, one workout at a time!

Her shirt says it all! “Planking for Pizza!” 😂 Even tho pizza is definitely a passion of hers, she finds time and balance to enjoy the little things, and slices, if her favorite food!

Working one-on-one with Jenni, Amy is tighter and more toned than ever. “Personal training not only holds me accountable but is therapy as well. We end up laughing so hard we hardly have to do any core work!”

It’s true… our coaches and client end up growing close as they spent several hours each week together. It’s travel along the fitness and nutrition journey.


JOIN US! We will have four ways to modify the Murph workout so everyone can have fun!

The Murph is one of the most well-known Crossfit® workouts. It was the favorite workout of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005 at the young age of 29.

He awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor after his death.

Murph workout itself consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done consecutively with a 20lb weighted vest.

This Hero WOD first appeared in CrossFit in 2005 and is usually performed on Memorial day.

Joe has been with us for over 3 years. He has grown in strength, speed, and confidence. It’s been amazing watching his journey.

Joe also works at TF cleaning the gym 3 days a week. We appreciate you Joe and are proud of you!

Aden joined in our youth program last year and hasn’t looked back. He is a regular in our weekly youth sessions and even comes to 5:15AM session on Tuesday with his parents. Talk about commitment! Aden we are extremely proud of you and your hard work.

She has been absolutely crushing it lately!

She has dropped 2% body fat, her clothes fit better, she has hit some personal records on her lifts in the gym, and with the gained strength and flexibility she now can drive the golf ball further! Teri said that she feels great for wedding day and cannot wait to continue the progress!

Mason has taught fitness in Aberdeen SD and played college football at Northern.

We want to lift up these two for their commitment and consistency, Since the beginning of the year they both have been making early morning workouts and holding each other accountable.

They both have families/ kids and work full time so time is not on their side. They both come in with a smile on their face and ready for whatever is planned that day. These two are a blast to workout with!

Liam races dirtbike and joined to help his strength and endurance on the track!

We are incredibly proud of . This winter he raced a series based out of Rapid City SD.

Liam raced 4 different classes and did amazing in all 4.

🥉 in 65cc open and 4th in 65cc 7-9
