🎉Celebrating 6 Years of Top Fitness! 🎉

Six years ago, Top Fitness started with a simple vision: to help people rise up into their full potential and become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.

Over the past six years, we have had the privilege of helping so many people throughout the Sioux Falls community get stronger, move better, improve their health, achieve goals they once thought were impossible, and build lasting confidence. But beyond the workouts, we’ve built something even more meaningful—a community of people who support, encourage, and inspire one another every day.

The journey hasn’t always been easy. Like any business, there have been challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty along the way. Through it all, I am incredibly grateful for the members, coaches, family, friends, and supporters who have believed in the vision of Top Fitness and stood by us through every step of the journey.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🔥

Nick is down 17 pounds and 6.7% body fat — and it didn’t happen by accident.

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to lead a workout session for more than 30 motocross riders, ranging in age from just 3 years old to 63. They were attending a motocross training camp hosted by @605.moto, but after getting rained out, they made the most of it by coming in to focus on fitness instead.

It turned out to be an incredible group—full of energy, eager to learn, and ready to put in the work. We had a great time introducing them to training techniques that can support their performance on the track!

We’re excited to officially announce our Top Fitness Youth Program — kicking off this summer!

Starting May 28th through August 20th, this 12-week program is designed to help kids build confidence, get stronger, and have a blast doing it.

Here’s what to expect:
✔ Schedule: Monday–Thursday at 9:30 AM
âś” Session Length: 90 minutes each day
âś” Ages/Levels: Open to all skill levels
âś” More times may be added based on demand
This isn’t just another workout program — it’s an experience your kids will look forward to every day.

Each session will include:
• Strength training with proper form and technique
• Speed, agility, and acceleration work
• Power and athletic development
• Flexibility and movement training
• Fun games and activities to keep things exciting

Our goal is simple: help kids move better, get stronger, and build confidence in a positive, high-energy environment.

Whether your child is involved in sports or just needs a structured, active summer — this program is a great fit.

Spots will be limited, so we encourage you to reserve your child’s spot early.
