Our preschool gym has transformed into an exciting adventure where little movers can drive, climb, balance, crawl, jump, and explore! From colorful roads and tunnels to construction vehicles and a climbing wall, every station is designed to build confidence, coordination, and BIG imaginations. 🌈💙

Learning through play is what we do best, and we can’t wait to see our little explorers hit the road this week! 🚦✨

Parents Night Out Recap 📣

Saturday night was spent cooling off at P&G. From themed games, homemade puff paint, open gym, and popsicles IN the pool, we had a blast and beat the heat all in one! Thank you to everyone who joined us to splash 💦 the night away!

⭐⭐ Employee Spotlight ⭐⭐

⭐ Meet Coach Emeline!
Emma started gymnastics as a teenager competing for Roosevelt HS. She took classes at P&G and knew when she moved in April of 2023 that she wanted to come back and coach. She started teaching some rec classes and quickly moved into team coaching and now basically lives at the gym!

⭐ What do you coach?
"I can be found coaching anything and everything. Currently I am the head coach of our XCEL program and coach our DP Level 4 team. I also coach private lessons working with dancers, cheerleaders, and other gymnasts in the area."

⭐ Why do you coach?
"Gymnastics was something that taught me confidence and poise and getting to help pass that on to the next generation of girls is my biggest why. I love getting to see who the girls grow into as they're progressing, both in and out of the gym!"

⭐ Favorite gymnastics skill to teach:
🤸 "This is not a particular skill, but I really love teaching foundations. So many of the skills that kids use in their "big" gymnastics are developed from day one and I love being able to set the girls up for success."

⭐ Favorite gymnastics memory:
💭 "My favorite gymnastics memory is when I first started working at Power & Grace the girls would randomly start singing happy birthday to me. For 3 weeks every practice was my birthday!"

⭐ Favorite color:
💚 Green and Earth Tones

⭐ If you could only watch one TV show for the rest of your life what would it be?
📺 "Listening to my favorite podcasts since I don't really watch TV."
