Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are grateful for their service, courage, and sacrifice.

Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we get to enjoy every day.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

The gym will be closed for switch over week May 25–May 31.

During this time, the facility will be undergoing updates and preparations for the upcoming season, so all classes and activities will be paused.

⭐ Meet Coach Jackie!
She has worked at Power & Grace for 9 years, focusing primarily on teaching preschool. She also works the front desk and is the creative mind behind our monthly Parents Night Out events!

⭐ Why do you coach?
"I love everything about it. From seeing the kids smiling faces each week, to hearing their stories and seeing the joy that they have when they master a skill, I am truly in my happy place when I am at the gym. I also love the challenge of finding creative ways to teach a skill, as what works for one child, doesn't always work for another."
