Ok, the sand is already saturated, and I am seeing scattered storms throughout the evening, and also seeing 70s yet the next two weeks. I am postponing all Monday 9/14 matches now, even if it clears off. Tonight's matches will be played on 9/21. Sorry for any inconvenience.

FAQ: The theme night pics will all be released the same day as the first day of the tourney. And the tourney schedules will all be releases the day after your theme night... thanks all for a GREAT year, and a ton of fun! Two weeks left of the sun and fun!

If any team is not planning on playing the tournament next week, please let me know ASAP! I am doing the scheduling this week.

**Friendly reminder to all captains:**

With social media, it's easier than ever to find rec players instead of having to forfeit. If you're short on players, have your teammates post something on Facebook like:

*"Anyone want to play volleyball tonight? Any skill level is welcome!"*

(I know it's a little tougher to find B-level players, so I understand those situations can be more challenging.)

When a team forfeits, it doesn't just affect your team—it also means the other team misses out on playing, and most of them would much rather be on the court than win by default.

Summer is short, so let's work together to keep everyone playing and make the most of the season. Thanks for making the extra effort!
