This week, in episode 2, we’re talking bout how empowering it is to invest in yourself.

It’ starts with having a decided heart.

This training is for the person who has a DECIDED HEART.

You've decided you're becoming a yoga teacher and nothing will stop you from making that happen!

You understand your practice is a mirror — a reflection of who you’ve been, who are are today and who you’re becoming. Yoking all parts of yourself with love and compassion. A safe space of grace and accountability.

You have an “always a student” attitude towards life and the learning process, on and off the mat. You come to your practice and life from a place of gentle curiosity and playfulness.

You're excited to learn how to teach the practice that has changed your life for the better. You can’t get enough of it and can’t shut up about it :)

You see yourself as a leader in your community and are ready to use your voice to share the healing power of yoga and uplift others!

You say to yourself “I trust I’ll figure it out as I go and know that I deeply desire and deserve to take a chance on myself. I know the HOW will figure itself out! I am deeply supported and God/Spirit/Universe is fully supporting my intention to become a yoga teacher!”

You know that if you want something bad enough, the HOW will figure itself out!

You can see the perceived obstacles that can come up are simply a chance to trust your higher calling. A chance to follow your intution DESPITE the resistance.

The obstacle may be money, schedule, time, confidence or something else you think you "lack". You take these obstacles as an opportunity to live in alignment and devote yourself to your unique path and calling as a yoga teacher.

The world NEEDS YOU and the gifts you have to share!

Obstacles are a stepping stone towards your dreams.
Trust yourself. Trust your intuition.
Feel proud of your calling as a leader and yoga teacher.
Celebrate yourself for saying yes to the training of a lifetime!
