A little dessert recipe! This sweet treat is low in calorie, high in protein with high volume! It takes less than 20 minutes to make and costs under $5! The last few months I (Braden) have been locking into my workouts at Revolution trying all the classes. I have also been locking into my health and nutrition by doing high protein, low calorie meals with high volume. This cucumber salad has helped me lose weight, feel full, and provide nutritional value. Dr. Braden (EDD not MD) will be making some more easy to cook videos!

Cucumber 🥒 Salad 🥗 under $6, and under 400 calories with 35 grams of protein. All ingredients are an “about measurement “

1) cucumber
2) white vinegar
3) soy sauce
4) yogurt
5) chicken
6) micro greens
7) mix and enjoy
