Imagine how much water you use in a day: showering, cooking, cleaning, drinking, doing laundry. Now multiply that by the more than 30 children and adults residing at Theresa’s House. Even a few days without water causes a severe disruption to daily life.
That is why we are raising money to build a potable water reservoir on the Theresa's House compound. Thanks to generous donor, we now have a $10,000 matching goal and we need your help to complete it. We will be collecting pennies at LifeChange Church and you may also donate online. The need is great, but even small actions can have a ripple effect.

Our hearts are filled with the love and support of everyone who came to our annual Coming Home to Love fundraiser to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Theresa's House. 🩷
Every year, we use this event to raise funds to cover operating costs for Theresa's House including food, clothing, school supplies, and building maintenance. This year we have additional urgent need to build a potable water reservoir. This is big undertaking and we will be continuing to fundraise for the project.
Thank you to all of the volunteers and donors who made this evening possible!

UNICEF has recently declared the current cholera outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo the worst the country has seen in 25 years, with one in four cases belonging to children.
During our fundraiser tomorrow night, in addition to basic operating costs, we are asking for help in building a potable water reservoir. Access to clean, safe drinking water is one of the biggest factors in preventing the disease. If you are unable to attend tomorrow, please consider donating to help us continue to keep these children safe.
