Positive Mindset Leads To Results!
After graduating from high school, I lost all focus on my physical health. I found myself not being motivated for any form of physical activity, even the sports that I previously loved to play. As I moved to a new city, I knew that I wanted to change my relationship with my health and exercise. I tried multiple different forms of workouts, but I did not change any of my habits outside of adding in some exercise throughout the week. With some encouragement from a friend, who praised Burn’s welcoming environment, I decided to join. In the beginning, I found the workouts to be intimidating, but I was determined to get into the habit of going to the gym. Within a few weeks I started to notice my energy and endurance had improved making the workouts less daunting. Once creating the habit of going to the Burn at least four times a week, I realized that I wanted to upgrade my nutrition. With the help of the amazing trainers and our focus meetings, I started to make a change outside the gym with my nutrition and as well as working on my mindset.
Since changing my nutrition and mindset in the gym, I have lost over 25 pounds, clothes that used to be too small fit and my perspective on my own health has completely changed. I have learned so much about nutrition that it feels more natural when deciding what I am putting in my body. Burn has helped me love exercise again and taught me the importance of mindset. -Katie

Our Story

Burn Boot Camp is a boutique fitness concept where like-minded women come together, build confidence, and inspire one another through fitness. Camps are offered multiple times throughout the day, last 45 minutes, and are comprised of 72 different styles and 15 different formats. Workouts take place on our proprietary Floating Floor with individualized attention in a group fitness setting. Clients learn far more than just healthy eating and exercise tips at Burn Boot Camp, as the concept strays from the competition by operating on a five pillar philosophy to help clients achieve success: mindset, whole food nutrition, burst training, strength training and positive environment.
