Celebrate the season with our decadent Bûche de Noël — (French for Yule Log) . It is a traditional French dessert made for Christmas. It is a rolled chocolate sponge cake filled with 64% dark chocolate mousse and raspberry jam. It is adorned with little meringue Christmas trees, sprinkled with snow sugar and shaped to look like a log.
