We’re so excited to introduce Mom Walk Club — a space to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with other mamas.

🗓 May 11 + May 18 at 9am
📍 Spencer Park (meet near the playground)
⏰ 60 minutes - Just for you

We’ll start with a quick stretch, then head out for a relaxed, feel-good walk. Bring your littles in the stroller, scooters + bikes welcome, and maybe a little coffee in hand ☕️

No pressure. No expectations. Just fresh air, conversation, and community.
