Hello friends in yoga,
What seemed like a hard decision to make on March 11 was no decision at all by March 13. Classes are cancelled until further notice. Use what you have learned in class and practice safely at home. I have also sent out numerous sequences for guidance to those who don't have a regular home practice.
And please people, follow the simple advice of our best experts and stay at home to not put unnecessary, extra burden on our health care workers and facilities. Only through closing down social interaction can we get a handle on this pandemic and shorten it's impact in our community.

Hello friends in yoga,
I have made the tough decision to cancel classes through March. I believe Bend will have a clearer picture in the next 2 weeks of our local status. I really would rather teach knowing Iyengar Yoga strengthens our immune defenses but I can't ignore medical experts advice. Use what you have learned in class and practice safely at home.
