Here's another one with AMAZING results!

My beautiful sister Tiffany Frisard Killian crushed it these past few months. She cut out those unhealthy snacks and replaced them with healthy proteins.

Marley works out 4 days a week lifting HEAVY weight! And also does cardio daily with her weight training. And does HIIT once a week.
She has decreased her body fat percentage and gained muscle in the process.
