Spring Reset: You Don’t Have to Bloom All at Once
Spring has a way of making us feel like we should have it all together—
more energy, more motivation, more growth.
But healing doesn’t follow seasons perfectly… and neither do we.
Some days look like growth
Some days look like rest
Some days look like just getting through
All of it counts.
Spring isn’t about suddenly feeling “better.”
It’s about gently finding your way back to yourself.
🌱 Maybe it looks like stepping outside for a few minutes
🌱 Letting sunlight hit your face
🌱 Reaching out to someone safe
🌱 Taking one small step forward
This season, instead of focusing on what to let go of…
what can you plant?
A new routine
A moment of peace
A kind thought toward yourself
A little bit of hope
You don’t have to bloom all at once.
Just start by planting something small.
What’s one thing you’re choosing to plant this spring?

Some days the sunshine doesn’t show up on its own.
On those days, we can practice becoming it—through small choices, self-compassion, and showing up anyway.
